offensive nuclear forces to a force that includes defenses as well as offenses,
that includes conventional strike capabilities as well as nuclear strike
capabilities, and includes a much reduced level of nuclear strike capability."
the deputy secretary of defense, Paul D. Wolfowitz said.
Well at least he was
honest. Notice Wolfy admitted that our current "deterrence posture" has in fact
"an almost exclusive emphasis on offensive nuclear forces...." In other words,
the US Deputy Secretary of Defense has publicly admitted and conceded that our
current nuclear force is "offensive"--"almost exclusively". I could take that
Statement and file it against the United States government at the World Court as
an Admission against Interest, Wolfy acting within the scope of his official
authority. We all knew it was true. But now they are so brazen that they are
publicly admitting it. Everyone in the anti-nuclear community should make and
take note of this Admission against Interest by the
Pentagon.
You might wonder where a major nuclear war-monger like Wolfy comes
from: The University of Chicago Department of Political Science, where he got
his Ph.D. and I got my A.B. Wolfy was a prot�g� of Albert Wohlstetter, me
of Hans Morgenthau. Albert never found a nuke he didnt like. Morgenthau
thought nukes were insane. Albert supported ABMs the first time
around. Morgenthau supported the ABM Treaty the first time around. Albert liked
the Vietnam War. Morgenthau opposed the Vietnam War. Etc. With Morgenthau's
departure from Chicago, the hard-line war-mongers took over. So i went to
Harvard to get my Ph.D.
Please, Mothers and Fathers of America, don't send your Children to the
University of Chicago to get brainwashed like Wolfy.
