This is from the weekly Pentagon supplement to the Sunday newspapers: Chinese Oil Fills Foes With Fear China has discovered gas and oil in Tibet's Qiantang Basin. If estimates are correct, this could be one of the world's largest oil fields, possibly yielding enough to fill 37 billion barrels.
