The Leader revealed that it the the duty of America, as a super power, to defend the weak around the world. To defend them gain their freedom, not to contribute towrads killing them. He said that the peaceful iniatives proposed by the Arabs and endorsed in Beirut Summit , which suggest the withdrawal of the Israelis from the territories occupied in 1967, would not put an end for the Palestinian claim in their right to regain their full territories and no one could pledge that the Paletinian People or their various factions would stop fighting the occupiers. He said : we want to reveal the facts to the whole world. We do not want to deceive any one. All Arab Rulers must not implicate themselves in matters they could not manage or control. He explained that the initiative that was ratified in Beirut Summit is deficient and was rejected by the Palestinian Factions and by all lively forces in the Arab Homeland. He confirmed that no Arab Ruler should pledge to ensure peace and security for the Israelis while occupation is still on. He revealed that Yasser Arafat could not control the forces of the Palestinian People or those who defend their right in life and liberation of the soil from the Zionist occupation. The Leader who was addressing the massive students celebration held in Tripoli this morning,to mark the 26th. Anniversary of the seventh of April students revolution,in the presence of president Robert Mugabi of Zimbabwe,confirmed that a Jamahiri awakening is emerging across all Arab states.The Arab national is now much more daring and he is ready for,sacrifice,death and martyrdom without any hesitation.Such defiance is unprecedented as Palestinian youth, male and female,launch bombing attacks in defence of the Palestinian soil. He indicated that Jordan for example which recognised that occupier entity and signed the Wadi Arba agreement has been deprived of the Jordan river waters which had been previously occupied. This made Jordan suffer drought and Jordan is now seeking alternative water sources. He said that Mugabi's stances to regain his territories led the colonialist powers to attack him and impose sanctions on his country as well as suspending its membership in the commonwealth. He said that Mugabi has been attacked by various means just because he said that the territory is his and he wants it back. The Leader revealed that the world has now become like a jungle.It is dominated by the law of the jungle, the tyrants, slavery and the absurd. There is no law.There is no UN.
