The Russian minister made this statement when addressing the Eurasia-2002 summit in New York. According to Ivanov, there is no suchlike agreement between Russia and the USA that could link Moscow and Washington's positions regarding Iraq and Georgia. "These are games of the past, we do not take part in such exchanges," the Russian diplomat was quoted as saying. In his opinion, the Georgian leader "is probably applying 'the cold war' standards." "There are no problems in our relations with Georgia with the only exception of the fact that Moscow is accusing Tbilisi of a lack of cooperation in the area of anti-terrorist struggle," the Russian Foreign Minister emphasised. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
