That is correct. The CSharp3 target is still in testing and not available at antlr.org. Even after the CSharp3 target is ready for release, users that want to target .NET 2.0 will continue using the CSharp2 target. The CSharp and CSharp2 targets use the runtime available at antlr.org. The CSharp3 target uses its own runtime. The CSharp target, which uses .NET 1.1, is being phased out in favor of CSharp2, but does still exist for now in the repo at antlr.org.
