Hi, There are some necessary changes to the C# code generation that we'd like push out right away and Jim has some awesome new maven stuff and Tool.java updates that will be ready soon.
If you have any updates for 3.1.3, I will try to get it out by the end of the weekend so get your changes to me. We also need to get a change list for the release notes, which I will get started on soon. Just a heads up.
