In ANTLRWorks 1.3 does the "Generate/Generate Code" menu selection
always/sometimes/never generate a test rig, or does the test rig have to be
written by hand/downloaded? I have an outdated test rig (incorrect number of
arguments passed to parser) and I have tried setting my preferences to both
"use default" and also "Text" but neither generates a new test rig, and I can't
remember how I got my original one.
