If you’re referring to marking rules as public, protected, or private, then 
that’s currently only available with the CSharp3 target, and only when using 
the C# port of the ANTLR tool to generate your grammars. It’s an unofficial 
feature, but should appear as an official feature in a later release (no 
specific date yet).
