With the danger of appearing stupid again; in the same C grammar as
mentioned above - two rules are equivalent:
argument_expression_list
: assignment_expression (',' assignment_expression)*
;
expression
: assignment_expression (',' assignment_expression)*
;
I guess it doesn't hurt, but surely only having 1 rule must be preferred?
