expr: ( term -> term )
( ( '+' | '-' ) term -> ^( ( '+' | '-' ) $expr term ) )* ;
Not sure if the terms need to be distinguished with labels.
The Antlr reference book describes the use of rewrite rule inside
subrule in more detail.
