Thanks for your response.  I just tried the Debugger.  The Input box is not 
active so I type a simple SQL statement into the Interpreter textbox.  I went 
back to the Debugger and clicked on the Debug icon.  It never returned from 
Analyzing.

The interpreter is only suitable for very small grammars (without predicates!). 
For more complicated grammars, use ANTLRWorks' debugger instead.
