Mostly whether any of the work I've been involved with (like WAI/ER, the group responsible for EARL) or even just taken pot-shots at from the peanut gallery (like Annotea) might have been motivators for something in Any23. A handle on it! The Any23 proposal looked like a great fit for the kind of tool we used to have to improvise with ugly one-off hacks! -- Nick Kew
