Hi, Would it be possible for someone to try and commit a CHANGES.txt file
svn touch CHANGES.txt svn add CHANGES.txt from any23 home directory. This way we can find out if there is something wrong or it is something I am doing wrong. I am still unable to commit and would like to fix the failing trunk CI build.
