Hi Lewis, the Basic Crawler is an Any23 CLI plugin adding the capability of crawling the semantic content of entire medium size sites.
Don't know why Jenkins skips it, (honestly I didn't notice it) if the Maven build is run by commandline the module is correctly built [1]. I suggest to report an issue.
