This issue should address Daniels comments whilst addressing INFRA-4146

{bq}I repeat my earlier suggestion that you document the munging of history in 
a /incubator/any23/README file.{bq}

This will help when new users wish to know how, when and how the Any23 code 
migrated to ASF.
