Update Any23 web service
------------------------
Key: ANY23-46
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ANY23-46
Project: Apache Any23
Issue Type: Improvement
Reporter: Lewis John McGibbney
Priority: Critical
The web service hosted @ any23.org openly references the deprecated google code
web site and really needs to be updated to reflect all the good work that has
gone in to Apache Any23 recently. We briefly discussed this I think. If it is
not possible to get it done, then I'm sure we can get something running under
ASF infra...

In the long term, the any23.org ought to not depend on other providers
largesse which may be related to community participation.
There is a demo service at sparql.org I'd like to move to Apache which
is in a similar situation. It's hardly a resources hog. A small slice
of a small machine will do (currently, it's on an Amazon small instance
and does not stain it whatsoever).
So ... general question ... can infra provide a corner of a server?
Ideally, with access to the httpd config (:-) for messing around with
virtual hosts.
