Hi Lewis,

I switched hand-wrote bing to auto-generated via the
appassembler-plugin, wich generates much more complete scripts.
Launch `mvn package` from the shell and the generated tgz will contain
the whole application, with a README that contains how to install

My fault if I didn't update some parts of the documentation!
