OK so Committed @ revision 1303963 in site
I also committed some changes to trunk but I can't remember which revision.
If someone could please review where we are with this one, unless someone can
point me to further improvement (which obviously I'm very open to) then I'd
like to close this one off so we can focus on some of the other issues which
lie between us and the 0.7.0-incubating release.
