The dist/ directory is miroed from (as well as the new svnpubsub)
people.apache.org:/x1/www/www.apache.org/content/dist/incubator/any23/KEYS
and it will appear at
http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/any23/KEYS
at the next sync.
