As discussed on the dev lists, we should get a powered by page up and running
in the near future. It's obvious that Any23 is a serious contender within
SemWeb domain, therefore this simple mechanism will play a nice role for
getting the name more familiar with others.
We should also create a PoweredBy logo for people to use as they see fit.
