Peter Ansell created ANY23-93:
---------------------------------

             Summary: NQuadsParser column numbers after first row are
0-index-based instead of 1-index-based
                 Key: ANY23-93
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ANY23-93
             Project: Apache Any23
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Peter Ansell

nextRow has a bug currently where it resets the column number to 0 instead of
1, which results in incorrect column numbers after the first row. The first row
is okay as it is setup initially to 1 in the parse method before nextRow is
called.

Patch is a simple edit to modify nextRow to start like:

    private void nextRow() {
        col = 1;

There will also be edits needed to the test suite to fix expected column
numbers that are then off by one in testParserWithAllCases and
testParserWithRealData
