The file is under resources and it is currently used:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/any23/trunk/core/src/main/resources/org/apache/any23/mime/tika-config.xml
With the migration to Tika 1.1 we will remove/refactor the config files
accordingly to the latest specifications.
I suggest to mark invalid OR link this issue to the one related to the Tika 1.1
migration.
