I've been using wireshark a lot lately. I prefer the text version, tshark, for various reasons. I couldn't figure out how to get all the possible AoE filters to be reported so I dug them out of the source. The decoder is in epan/dissectors/packet-aoe.c. Here are the current possible filters.
