Yes, we are using it in a production environment and it makes about 57-110
hits/sec, depending on the traffic peaks. If you get a closer look at the
module it reloads the information from the MySQL server every 5 minutes. At
the moment it reloads the information for about 5000 virtual hosts.

Well, I am far from the thinking that this module is very good. It is just
the bare bones that we need here and it can be expanded more and more for
the needs of the other people, who find it useful.
We, and specially I are ready to expand this module to a better and more
useful one. We have developed 3 more modules, which I cannot distribute at
the moment... One of them is a logging module, which sends logging
information via UDS to some log analyzers.
