You could try MSIE to print them. There's a checkbox that says
"Print all linked documents" -- however, if every page has a link
back to the listing page, I wonder if IE is smart enough not to
print every document over and over again, recursively traversing
all the links ...
Be careful, and only put a few pages into your printer at first
to test. ;-)
