About six months ago, there were reports that AOLserver wasn't setting some
of the typical CGI environment variables correctly.  I filed a bug report
on it here:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=230479&group_id=3152&atid=103152.


Perhaps this is happening to you too?  If so, please add some comments to
the above bug report.  In the no good deed goes unpunished department, I
was uh, reproached, for submitting links to other folks bug reports, so it
would be very good to have some first hand experience added to this report.

I have no php experience at all, but I thought that php had a noncgi module
for aolserver.  May I ask why you aren't using that?
