The returnz code checks to see whether the browser will accept
compressed output. I have noticed that Netscape (4.05) sometimes will
display a communication error when a compressed pages are returned as
parts of a frameset. Might be some kind of race condition since multiple
decompressions are happening at once - dunno. It's very unusual and
goes away with a reload. Never seen it twice in the same browser session.
