Hmmm ... This shows that your problem is in the installation of OpenACS ...
dual is used in Oracle and OpenACS has a view (IIRC) that behaves in the
same way that dual does in Oracle. I suggest that you go to OpenACS.org
and post on the bboard forum, the community will give you a better answer
there, i think!
