Actually, the length of the query string seems not to be my problem. What is
happening is that any ERROR being returned from postgresql is causing nsd to fall on
its face with a segmentation fault. NOTICEs seem to be handled fine.
I assume this is not the typical response to a database error with this driver.
The wildcard is that I am running aolserver (3.4) on NetBSD 1.5 with PTL as the thread
library. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it, if it can be
fixed?
This might be a showstopper. I would hate to have to change OS at this stage of the
game...
