Summary: AWOL: the database driver appendix
Initial Comment:
I can't find the database driver manual (how to write
db drivers) online at aolserver.com/docs anymore.
It used to be in Appendix B of the AOLserver C
Developer's Guide for version 3.0. It seems to be
missing from the current doc set.
Currently, the only location I know of is a copy over
at Scriptics (thank you Google!) Developing Database
