Hi,

my installation:
/usr/local/aolserver3.4
/usr/local/openacs-3.2.5
/home/openacs-3.2.5
/usr/local/aolserver3.4/servers/openacs-3.2.5
/usr/local/pgsql

*the reason why i have 3 installations is because, first i installed it into
/usr/local by accident, then on another night, i installed it into /home(my
original place) but i forgot which installation i used to load the data into
postgres. the 3rd installation was when i was trying to troubleshoot why i
can't get aolserver to load up the acs pages.

I am having extreme difficulty in configuring the nsd.tcl and getting it all
to work. the only thing that seems to work is postgres.

I tried to use a sample nsd.tcl file from the document pages but those have
a lot of extra options that i think is conflicting or not being loading up.

if i use the factory nsd.tcl, aolsver loads fine with the exception of the
nscp module, but i can at least see the basic aolserver page.

Would it be better for me to try to fix it now or kill everything and try
out the rpm packages of aolserver/openacs/postregs?

should i have posted up my nsd.tcl? or is that too big?

thanks
edwin
