[AOLSERVER] FDs & threads

Hello.

I've been wondering - is it possible to share filedescriptors and/or
sockets across threads? Both created with open/socket and ns_socket*.

In plain Tcl, this was made available in Tcl8.4.

I could simply check this on my AOLserver, but In cases like this one, I
wouldn't like to just test it on my machine and assume that it's like that
everywhere.
