Summary: 128 Bit Encryption Detect.

Hello,
Does anyone know how I can detect if a users browser
support 128 bit encryption?
I am using: AOLserver/3.3.1+ad13
I checked out the environment variables and nothing
seems to give that type of info...I just want to
redirect people to a message if the don't support 128
bit encryption.
