[AOLSERVER] Configure tcl for AolServer 3.4

I've successfully installed AOLServer on WindowsNT
according to Mark's Instructions.
but now I want to run a tcl file.
and I'm not able to do so....
I've no idea about tcl.
how to configure it
need help....regards...
