That was probably me - we've been working on it for quite a while, but
haven't released anything yet.  As soon as we finish our project (a site
using soap) we'll clean it up and release it.  I just applied for
nssoap.sourceforge.net, so in the coming weeks (6-10), keep an eye out.

In the meantime, do you have any questions?  I don't claim to be an
expert, but I might be able to help.
