[AOLSERVER] Dumb newbie question

Hi,

I have just installed the pre-compiled Windows version of AOLServer, and am running 
NSD.EXE, and I am having grief with the config file with TCL processing.

The test file nstelemetry.adp is served, but instead of the actual data, I get tcl 
code. After having RTFM, everything seems ok "out of the box" ( lines like map 
"/*.adp") but this does not seem to do the trick.

Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?
