The document was on Microsoft's site. I was trying to get IE to recognize a CSV text download, but it kept displaying it as if it were an HTML document. It's easy to verify: send out an HTML document with a text/plain MIME type from a TCL script. On Netscape, you'll see the HTML. On IE, you'll see a rendered page. Jim
