[AOLSERVER] dstringcachemaxentries, dstringcachemaxsize, iobufsize: how are they related?

What do the DStringCacheMaxEntries, DStringCacheMaxSize parameters do?
How are they related to each other and to IOBufSize?

I am trying to speed-up uploads and I suspect that tuning these parameters
might help.

Any ideas?
