Jeff,

I have compiled the postgresql driver with AOLserver 4 and tested it
minimally, but it seemed to work fine. This is with OpenACS 4.5. I don't
think there would be any problems with OpenACS 3.x on AOLserver 4.

If you want to use OpenACS 4 with AOLserver 4, you need several AOLserver
modules I didn't see with AOLserver 4. nscache, nssha1, nsrewrite. nsrewrite
needs a patch to compile under aolserver 4. I haven't done any more testing
because Aolserver 4 did not solve my problem, but feel free to ask me any
more questions.
