Summary: nsxml: adds a way to get a list of attrs
Initial Comment:
this allows you to get a list of attr names. eg:
foreach attr [ns_xml node get attr_names $node] {
ns_adp_puts "$attr: [ns_xml node get attr $node $attr]"
}
it also fixes cut/paste errors in the comments at the
top of the file.
