Is it possible to apply
patches to existing AOL server 3.5.0 to make it work?!..Or I must have to
upgrade whole stuff. Please let me know.

You'll want to upgrade to the latest 3.5.x build.
There was a bug in 3.5.0 which was fixed which is most likely responsible for
the problems you are seeing. From the ChangeLog:
* tcl/file.c:
Fixed binary upload bug and added ns_getformfile
for secure way to get temp
files.
