Let me clarify my previous email.  I have been running AOLServer 3.5 on the same machine listening on port 80.  Before I try to start AOLServer 4 I am ensuring there are no other services running on port 80.  I start the server from root commandline and run as another user.  If I listen to ports above 1024 everything works fine.  If I listen on 80 or 81, for example, I get the nssock error that permission is denied to listen on those ports.  My bin permissions and ownership are the same as well

chown root:root
chmod 755

It appears something has changed in how AOLServer 4 starts, that is causing this error.  If anyone has run into this or knows anything, your comments would be appreciated.

Chris
