Hello, I've managed to compile AOLServer3.5.5 on my AIX 4.3.3 machine, with the oracle plugin. Thats been running great for months. I'm installing a new machine, I have AIX 5.1 ML5 on it, so I thought I'd go with AOLServer4 here, but I can seem to make it run. AOLServer4Beta10 I can get it to compile, but at runtime it never makes it through the nsd.tcl file. And when I run it in forground mode (-f), i get "Illegal Instruction" and with debug on: =========================================================================== trace in config.c:could not read "config.c" [10/Nov/2003:13:10:16][0.1][] Notice: config.tcl: starting to read config file... I didn't have to do anything real special at compile, nothing different anyhow than I had to do on my 3.5.5 compile on AIX 4.3.3 I put my 3.5.5 binaries on it, and they run OK. Anyone got 4 working on 5.1? Any suggestions?
