Thanks for the replies guys. It gives me plenty to go on. We have previously used the iText library in Java on Jboss to achieve the same results so I guess that would be an option using nsjava but I was hoping there might be a native AOLs or at least TCL solution.

I Googled for tools before posting the question but I never considered converting HTML to PDF as a way to do it - guess I'm a bit of a Numpty. Anyway now that I have been shown the light there are plenty of tools out there to do this with the front runner probably being Robs suggestion of htmldoc.

I think we'll probably persue that and if its not versatile enough then I'll get my head around XSLT FO and tDom (which I believe is actually faster than its Java counterparts).

Thanks

Hi People

I want to create a PDF version of a database report for downloading. Does anyone know of a way to dynamically generate PDF's within AOLserver?

Thanks
