Unfortunately I experienced the same problem yesterday. Aolserver 4.1 can not bind to port 80, but aolserver 3.3-ad13 with the exact same config file and the same command line parameters (as root: "bin/nsd -ft config.tcl -u nsadmin -g nsadmin") can do. This is on Linux 2.4.21. Did you find a solution yet Takeshi?
