On thing that happened to the documentation at some point was the html formatting. Tables were ripped out making some of the documentation unreadable. Also commands were grouped together in strange patterns, so you had to guess what group the command was in before you could look up the documentation. Usually folks know what the command is named, or at least they want an alphabetic list.
I wrote a simple script to take these huge unorganized files and break them down into smaller files named after the command. An example of the result is http://zmbh.com/nsapi/ the script to do the split is called 'split' and is located in the nsapi directory.
