I don't know, but there are probably 5 or so different SOAP or XML-RPC
packages that people have used from AOLserver.  Here's an email from
January giving links to discussion of some of them:

Searching in that same mail archive also turns up a bunch more hits,
so clearly people are using things like SOAP from AOLserver.  However,
it's not immediately clear to me which implementations are the better
choice to use.
