Hello,

After going over a few more things with Dossy on IRC, I re-compiled
AOLServer 4.0.8a, patched it with the latest patch for this version [
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?
func=detail&group_id=3152&atid=103152&aid=1012892 ]. Linked nsopenssl
(cvs HEAD) against OpenSSL 0.9.7d 17 Mar 2004 (that I got with fink).

Hitting the sample page that Dossy sent previously (email) with Firefox
and/or Safari (even with Opera) (all on Mac OS X) make the server use
100% of the CPU.

Previously I had to kill nsd with "-9" but with this latest build,
doing a "ctrl+c" (running nsd on the foreground) takes 20 seconds but
shuts down the server.

Now, how do I find out "exactly" what "nsd" is doing while on that
"loop"? I tried with "ddd" but I am not a debugging expert, tried
"attach PID" with the process ID that's going insane but ... I seem to
get sent to a thread ... not sure how I can get to see exactly what's
happening. Any suggestions or should I leave this to the pros?

Thanks!

/B
