Is there a way to re-source a tcl file (that contains various procs) that has already been sourced at startup without having to restart the server?

Either checkout OpenACS http://www.openacs.org whose package manager can do this for you or try this method http://ccm.redhat.com/bboard-archive/acs_design/0008NM.html
