Exactly what version of 3.4 were you running? What version of Tcl were
you using with 3.4.x, and what version of Tcl are you using with 4.0.9?
I was using AOLServer 3.4.2, with the 3.0 version of nspostgres.
Now I am using 4.0.8 and the 4.0 version of nspostgres.
Is your server /only/ serving CGI, or are you serving other requests
(ADP, static files, etc.) with it, as well? Are you using a bare-bones
sample-config.tcl or is your config. heavily modified?
The server does CGI for a movable type blog installation (shouldn't
cause a leak, since all cgi interpreter memory should be freed after
each call, right?), and has .tcl pages that serve up a photo album,
manager users, and a couple other things. Nothing too heavy, nor is
this a high traffic site; most of the hits are to the blog. Some of
thes tcl libraries use nsvs, others do not. Under 3.4.2, I never
noticed a problem, and I haven't made any changes other than upgrading
software. I use a pretty run-of-the-mill config file.
